I just updated to the new ANT agent for mac, and now all data transfers fail. Anyone else having similar problems, and does anyone know how to downgrade back to the previous version? I am using a Forerunner 405cx.

I've been successfully uploading from FR405 and FR310xt using Mac AA 2.1.2. The upgrade may or may not be related to your upload issues, so I agree downgrading might shed some light. The latest GTC includes Mac AA 2.1.0. http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=4421

I am having exactly the same problem since I updated the ANT Agent on my Mac. I have only had the Forerunner 405cx for 2 weeks and for the first week it was working perfectly. Now it fails upon transfer. Sometimes it will work after serveral attempts at forcing the transfer but 9/10 it fails. i really think it is a problem with the update. Would be really grateful for a solution - have tried reinstalling everything several times, as well as clearing the caches on my mac. Very frustrating!

Add me to the list, I have been downloading fine for months until this weeks update. The watch does connect and then almost immeadiately it disconnects.

Same problems as above with 405cx. I reinstalled the old version and things work fine, as they always did before.
I am always amazed at the clueless companies that put these garbage updates out that they haven't even tested it for 5 minutes.... pathetic. As a general rule I don't install updates unless I have a reason to do so. Sadly, I was chatting on the phone and automatically installed this dud. I'd recommend turning auto update notificatios off.
** Do not install the laterst garmin 2.1.2 for mac as it does not work!!**

I personally tested 2.1.2 with the FR405 and FR310 and both devices still continue to work just fine. I will forwarded this chain to the ant agent team, and from the looks of it, the issue is with the FR405cx only? Let me know if any of you are having problems with another device, but I only see the FR405cx listed above.

I have been told by the developers that the issue has been resolved in the next version of the Mac Ant Agent which should be released soon.
